Nicholas is passionate about all forms of Osteopathy and has particular interests in gait assessment, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and nutrition. He also has a strong belief in encouraging his clients to take an active role in their own health care, both in and outside of the treatment room.
As a part of his osteopathy degree, Nicholas completed a masters research project entitled ‘The kinematic and kinetic analysis of barefoot and shod running in a typically shod, recreational running population.’ This gave him a sound insight into the variation of running patterns in the general population.
Nicholas has had first hand experience in treating and rehabilitating sports injuries by working as the co-coordinator of a medical team in the Victorian Amateur Football Association.
He is also very committed to a best practice and evidence-informed approach to osteopathy by keeping up to date with the latest osteopathic and medical research.
