Lara works as a Senior Physiotherapist at Sportreat, Palmyra. Sportreat offer 30min treatment sessions for the assessment and treatment to various musculoskeletal ailments such as low back, neck pain, sporting injuries, post-operative surgery recovery. Lara has a special interest and training in Women's Health and can provided assistance for mums in the pre and post natal period as well as female pelvic floor dysfunction. Her current work days are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-1:30pm.
