I can cater personal training sessions to meet individual goals for my clients, ranging from building up strength, muscle mass, or flexibility, to reducing fat and feeling more energised. This will also include general advice in obtaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle across all areas of life, including diet, stretching, sleep patterns, and exercise. I believe that there needs to be balance in life. It isn't all about exercise. I also write programs for clients to take away and do alone. This is for those who don't have the budget for weekly training or for others that don't live close by. I have 15 years experience in the gym, as well as 14 years of professional dancing, 12 years of Pilates, 8 years of karate, and I have also done a lot of swimming, yoga, and gymnastics over the years. I provide a very varied and holistic approach to exercise to keep it interesting. My training approach will also vary from client to client.
