Thomas has over 25 years experience in the fitness business and has a passion for safe and effective rehabilitation and personal training. He loves helping others reach their training milestones. He has been an owner and director for over 20 years. Thomas is Managing Director at Grange Physiotherapy in Rockingham and Mandurah Physiotherapy. Both of these clinics continue to grow and provide high quality health care. He hails from Finland in Scandinavia and enjoys free lance journalism. He is married with 4 children and enjoys weight training, real estate, investing, renovating and carpentry.
