Jess graduated in 1995 from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. In 2003, Jess completed post-graduate Masters at the University of Western Australia, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and manual therapy. Jess has worked all over the world mainly in private practice and rehabilitation. Jess also also teaches at the University of Newcastle in physiotherapy and is a member of The Australian Physiotherapy Council that accredits university programs.
