Mr James J Wood - Physiotherapist Caringbah

James has been involved in local sport for over 20 years. He developed a special interest in sports rehabilitation with a degree in Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong. With his passion ignited and realising that there was more to learn he went on to complete his Master of Physiotherapy at Sydney University. Much of James’ early work involved working with patients post orthopaedic and neurosurgical operations. This experience taught him a lot about retraining the body after extreme injury and the various stages of rehabilitation. James works closely with his patient's to provide them with a personalised rehabilitation program. Whether it's recovering from your surgery, a 'weekend warrior injury' and all that lies in-between, ensuring you return to a full and active lifestyle in as short a period of time is what he strives for. Knowing the cause is such an important starting place if you are going to treat the problem!
