Heidi is a passionate physiotherapist with special interests in Womens Health, Dance and Rheumatology. She graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Masters of Physiotherapy.
Having over 17 years of dance expertise herself, Heidi understands the strength and rigor that is required and enjoys completing thorough dance, technique and flexibility enhancement and pre-pointe assessments. Heidi also has a strong interest in Womens health physiotherapy, treating women throughout the ages. She helps with antenatal care, incontinence, urgency, sexual pains, prolapses and more. She believes that all women deserve the care that they give to everyone else. She believes in individualized exercise based therapy to aid with injury prevention and rehabilitation. She practices what she preaches by regularly going to the gym, going for a run, swim and/or ride. Outside of work, she loves to eat anything sweet, play with her cutest nieces and nephews and go camping.
