Born in Austria/Salzburg I graduated from Physiotherapy in 1988.
After 10 years of treating and loving it I decided to give some time to the less fortunate. Working as a physiotherapist in Zimbabwe I met my husband in 1998. We have raised 2 beautiful girls over the past 20 years.
In 2007 I gained my Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy (Univ of Syd) and remain deeply thankful for all the great mentors along my path!
A Pilates Diploma (Polestar) education further directed my path and I started Pilates Power & Physiotherapy Cronulla with my business partner Karina Craig.
Offering skilled manual therapy with specifically programmed exercises has over the last 10 years proven to be my absolute passion- and it is so effective!
