Kate trained in the UK, graduating with a First Class Honours degree from Cardiff University in 2005, after first completing a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences at the University of Exeter. She has also gone on to gain qualifications in Sports Massage, the Sarah Key Method of spinal treatment and Integrated Dry Needling.
With a broad range of Physiotherapy skills from experience in inpatient, outpatient, and paediatric settings, she loves to treat all ages and is a firm believer that great gains can be made with a little Physiotherapy at any age.
Kate now specialises in the treatment of spinal problems using the Sarah Key Method, and other techniques she has developed over the years.
