Mr Lee L Cossey - Physiotherapist Katoomba

Lee is a broadly experienced Physiotherapist with a history of working with patients across an extremely diverse health spectrum. He has a strong passion for helping people to change their physical experience and movement behaviours. His assessment and treatment methods are firmly grounded in the biomechanical details of human movement, while also having a strong focus on the emotional and behavioural elements that are critical to long-term sustainable change. Lee’s interest in the human body and improving movement performance began as a teenager when he dedicated many hours to researching different training methods to help his rock climbing. He applied his knowledge to his climbing and has since spent the majority of the last two decades among the top climbers in Australia, establishing many of the country’s hardest and most adventurous climbs.
