I graduated from the University of Otago in 2005 and have worked in private practice since then. I am passionate about helping patients achieve their goals whether this be improving their quality of life, their sporting performance or their ability to walk 200m pain free. Therefore, I constantly attend seminars and training courses to help improve my knowledge and expertise.
I undertook a post graduate diploma in Sports Medicine which has been very useful for all our athletes and sport enthusiasts. Some of the skills I have trained in include dry needling therapy, Kinesio Taping, Fascial manipulation, Visceral Manipulation, nutritional medicine, vertigo assessments and vestibular rehabilitation, post natal Physiotherapy as well as Sport screenings pre season or during the season.
