As the principal physiotherapist at Activ Therapy with over 12 years experience in private practice, workplace injury, public hospital, community and sports, I feel confident in helping people with their pain and functional limitations. My approach focuses on identifying dysfunction in motor patterns and biomechanical imbalance to find the source of your pain problem.
I currently works closely with a broad range of sporting and fitness organisations and has special interest and experience with Crossfit, martial arts and combat sports as well as soccer.
Once I have assessed your problem and identified the source of your pain and functional limitation I use a variety of hands on treatment interventions including active release techniques, dry needling, taping and joint mobilisations to relieve your pain then provide exercises to address your underlying issues.
Outside of work I have a passion of sports, participating in soccer, brazilian ju jitsu and basketball.
