Practicing as a Physiotherapist since 2012 I have worked several roles that have helped shape and define my approach to Physiotherapy, leading myself to develop special interests in chronic and complex injuries. Following the latest in evidence-based practice I combine manual therapy techniques, dry needling, and targeted exercise rehabilitation to help clients achieve their optimal recovery.
In my free time you’ll find me spending time playing with my daughter, taking my dog for a run, or kicking back watching a movie.
