Sarah has a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy and has built a reputation as a trusted and experienced physio during her 25 years practising both in the UK and Australia. A passionate sailor and advocate for sport for people with disabilities , Sarah has been the team physio for the Australian Paralympic Sailing Team in Rio 2016 & London 2012.
Sarah believes in providing a highly personalised, thorough and effective treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. With one-hour initial assessment times, you receive an in-depth understanding of your injury and a treatment plan to efficiently bring you back to your optimal mobility.
Her fun and challenging clinical pilates-based exercise classes are always popular, with specific classes for the Over 60s
