I am a Sydney based Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with a strong focus on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation. I am trained in a number of physiotherapy techniques including dry needling and I apply this within a biopsychosocial framework.
I completed my Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in 2016 (Griffith University, Gold Coast) and have attended numerous post-graduate courses including the Integrated Systems Model (Developed by LJ & Diane Lee) in 2013 .
I currently compete at a national level in Dragonboat Paddling and have had competed in a wide range of sports including Futsal, Tennis and Swimming. My personal experiences with injuries in sports have allowed me to dedicate my skills to preventing, treating and improving functional performances for all my clients.
