Wes founded Groundworks Physio to create a space where he could bring together his expertise, experience and passion for physio, strength training and functional movement, to better treat the needs of today. Graduating from AUT with a BHSc (Physiotherapy), Wes is also currently pursuing his Masters of Science by Research through Bond University, in Tendinopathy. Wes has completed further training in Dry Needling, tendinopathy and lower limb biomechanics, musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging, and attained his APA Sports Level 2. Wes has crafted a career alongside both the professional and everyday athlete. He has worked with elite athletes in both soccer and rugby. After relocating to Sydney, he has worked for over 7 years as a Senior Physiotherapist in private practices in both Sydney's Inner West and CBD. Wes enjoys incorporating strength, functional and mobility training with self-management strategies to help patients get back back to their pre-injury levels and prevent further issues
