We have a special interest in the differential diagnosis of complex musculoskeletal disorders, especially in regards to spinal pain. A thorough, one-to-one consultation is always provided, and we try to involve the patient in the development of treatment strategies. Specifically targeted manual therapy or mobilisation/manipulative techniques are often used under the guidance of the latest scientific evidence, over the preference of electrical machines. After a mechanical pattern is established, a self-management program is designed and encouraged where possible, rather than costly on-going treatment.
