Nick graduated from a bachelor degree in physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in 2005. Following his graduation, Nick lived out a childhood dream by playing in the NRL with the Brisbane Broncos for 9 years. During his football career Nick continued to practice physiotherapy around his training commitments alongside numerous accomplished physiotherapists at the Brisbane Broncos, Queensland Reds, and Australian Wallabies teams. Nick has extensive experience in sports injuries and neurological rehabilitation and he adopts a strong exercise rehabilitation focus to his therapy. After his retirement from rugby league due to a neck injury Nick moved to Groote Eylandt in 2012 and established Active Performance to service the local mining company GEMCO and the Alyangula Community. Since then Nick has taken a keen interest in Occupational Health and Indigenous Health and has gained extensive experience working in numerous remote communities throughout the Northern Territory
