Lauren Williams graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) and a Dean’s Commendation for High Achievement. Lauren works with patients with general musculoskelatal physiotherapy needs and sports physiotherapy.
Lauren has a special interest in Clinical Pilates and enjoys teaching Pilates and the benefits that Pilates can have for patients with various conditions. Whether for increased strength & flexibility, post natal or high performance training, Lauren will write an individual clinical pilates program for clients to work through in a small group class of up to 4 people or in a one to one private session. We are very excited to have Lauren join our team to develop our Clinical Pilates.
When away from the clinic Lauren continues to row competitively with UQBC.
