I am a Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal concerns. With having worked with gymnasts, dancers, runners, AFL and rugby teams and having a background in representative gymnastics and other sports myself, these patient populations greatly interest me. I also have a background in Exercise Physiology.
Other special interests include: lower limb biomechanics and pathologies, dry needling, nutritional medicine to reduce inflammation and aid healing, chronic pain, and exercise prescription. My passion is to help people restore function, achieve their goals and live their best life possible.
