Martine is a warm and compassionate physiotherapist with a wealth of experience across a range of Physiotherapy specialties. This allows Martine to focus on whole body function while treating specific physical issues. From treating Rugby teams and sports injuries, to pregnancy and women's health, she also works in preventative physical health (such as strengthening/ stretching as well as Pilates) and pain management, including dry needling. While helping clients to become their own best resource for injury prevention and management, treatments are “hands on”. Clients are also shown aftercare resources and techniques to use at home.
