I am a general musculoskeletal physiotherapist with further qualifications in Pilates, Dry Needling and Dynamic Taping. I completed my Sports Level 2 in 2012 and have worked with high level athletes in swimming, rugby, tennis, gymnastics and equestrian. Other areas of interest include post-operative rehabilitation, neck/back pain and women's health.
I aim to help my patients achieve their physiotherapy goals quickly whilst supplying them with self-maintenance strategies and home exercises to lessen the likelihood of future treatment.
