Simon Beagley completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013 at the University of Queensland. He finished with first class honours after completing a research project assessing normal hand function in children to compare with children affected by Cerebral Palsy. He is a published author in the journal Physical and Occupational Therapy in Paediatrics. Simon has furthered his expertise by completing a Musculoskeletal Segmental & Dry Needling course with the Australian Physiotherapists Association in 2014, and a Dean Watson Headache Treatment course in 2015. He has a strong passion for treating headaches and other musculoskeletal pain and injuries. Simon has also tutored anatomy at the University of Queensland. As well as his academic pursuits, Simon enjoys playing a variety of sports, including squash, martial arts, rugby union, and has played soccer for twelve years. He has also provided sports first aid for Bardon Wests Rugby Club, Ipswich Pride FC, and was on the stretcher team for
