Julie is a Senior Women's Health physiotherapist and sports physiotherapist. She has undertaken additional training in Assessment and Treatment of Pelvic Floor Disorders, Clinical Pilates (DMA Level 4), Western Acupuncture and Dry Needling, and Sports Physiotherapy. She is currently studying a PINC certification in Cancer Rehabilitation.
She has experience working with all populations including children, the elderly and semi-elite athletes. She currently treats pelvic floor and continence disorders (urgency, stress and urge urinary incontinence), prolapse, physical problems relating to pregnancy and postnatally, and exercise in the child-bearing year – which are perfectly supplemented by her Pilates experience.
