After graduating as a Physiotherapist from the University of Adelaide in 1985, Gaynor has travelled around Australia, and internationally around England, Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi as a practising Physiotherapist.
Gaynor has a high level of experience in aged care as well as acute care and rehabilitation. She has a special interest in post fracture and orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation, and netball injuries – especially ankles! This comes from her long running love of Netball, after playing and coaching in Grange for years.
Teaching Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia has also been a highlight, resulting in an Excellence in Teaching award.
Gaynor lives locally with her husband and two teenage sons, and loves travelling, reading and the challenge of treating new patients & conditions.
