I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds and want to deliver you the benefit of world class treatment techniques. After graduating physiotherapy I have continued training to develop skills to allow me to offer you the highest level of care. This includes certification in Active Release Techniques (ART)- recognised worldwide as the “gold standard” in soft tissue treatment- and also Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMA) and Functional Movement System (FMS) which enable a more detailed and accurate diagnosis of the cause of your issues. All three of these systems are used in elite sports around the world including Ironman, NFL and NBA yet are equally beneficial to you and I as they are to these elite athletes. I have also worked with and learnt from a world leading neurodynamic (“pinched nerves”) physiotherapist and have Advanced Dry Needling qualifications.
