After graduating from The University of Melbourne, Sarah worked in rehabilitation, helping people recover from road accidents, surgery and other trauma. She has worked with a wide range of individuals and conditions.
Sarah is well travelled and has visited 34 countries so far. After living in Bentleigh her whole life and attending Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College, she is truly passionate about helping those in her own community. Sarah has a special interest in Clinical Pilates, spinal injuries and women’s health issues. She especially loves working with women during pregnancy or in the post-partum period. Now a mother of two beautiful boys, Sarah has a new appreciation of the physical impact of parenting on the human body!
