David completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1999 from La Trobe University. After gaining further experience in Australia and the UK, David started working at Berwick Physiotherapy in 2003. He completed his Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the end of 2005 and became a partner in the business in 2006.
David has a particular interest in treating spinal dysfunction and pain with a strong bias on improving functional strength and optimal biomechanics. He also enjoys the assessment and treatment of sporting injuries and has a good relationship with the local football and netball community. He has an intricate knowledge and understanding in the treatment of shoulder injuries such as that seen in throwing sports like baseball and cricket, with himself representing Victoria in baseball and touring the United States on two occasions.
David is closely involved with St John of God Hospital in providing pre and post operative treatment.
