Mrs Margarita Gurevich - Physiotherapist Brighton East

Margarita completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at La Trobe University in 2006. Before joining Health Point Physiotherapy, Margarita worked for MD Health Physiotherapy for over a year, specialising mainly in Clinical Pilates and women's health. In March 2008 Margarita went to Moscow for some post graduate studies to further develop her Physiotherapy skills in the areas of disease diagnostics and treatment. While in Moscow Margarita completed a Diploma of Scenar Therapy in Moscow Scenar Centre. Over the months she was at Moscow, she acquired knowledge and skills in the electrotherapy treatment methods including ultrasound, interferential, magnetotherapy, SCENAR therapy and drug phoresis. Locally, Margarita has also been trained in the use of Real Time ultrasound and the McKenzie Mechanical treatment system.
