I graduated from Latrobe University as a Physiotherapist in 2001 and have since attained numerous post-graduate certifications, including Kinetic Link Training, Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates and Advanced Tendinopathy Management.
I have been an avid on-road and off-road cyclist for over 25 years so I understand the stress and frustration that can result when an injury or pain restricts your cycling comfort or performance.
The services that I provide are therefore based on enabling you to return to cycling as soon as possible, including hands-on therapeutic techniques, exercise rehabilitation, bio-mechanical analysis and rider positioning using the Retul Bike Fitting system.
