Cara is a clinical expert in managing pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy & postnatal care taking a holistic approach to treatment.
Cara has a specialist interesting in chronic pelvic pain in both men and women. She has completed further post graduate training in functinal nutrition for pelvic pain conditions and dry needling for pelvic floor conditions.
Conditions that Cara commonly treats are: pregnancy related pelvic floor and muscular conditions such as back, neck and pelvic pain, bladder and bowel incontinence, chronic constipation, prolapse/pessary fitting, sexual dysfunction, kid's wetting and bowel issues, menopause and mastitis.
Cara has completed her Masters of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She also holds additional Post Graduate qualifications in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Exercise and Women's Health.
Cara teaches in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy to other Physiotherapist’s and health professionals.
