Ally is a UK trained physiotherapist having worked in National health and private sports rehabilitation for over 6 years. Her love and involvement in competitive sport has fuelled her interest and intrigue in the function of the human body and in aspects of recovery from sport-related injuries.
Ally graduated from Northumbria University with a BSC Honours Degree in Physiotherapy. She gained two years’ experience in National Health Service hospitals where she rotated around the different departments acquiring essential skills and developing her interest in musculoskeletal injuries. Following this she worked across a variety of medical centres, assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal and sport related injuries.
She has additional qualifications and experience in dry needling and Clinical Sports Massage and Ally set up her own practice in a sports centre, using all of these skills to provide advice and treatment for patrons.
