Zyta graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy from Poznan Medical University in Poznan, Poland in 2013. She has been working as a Physiotherapist in various settings including hospitals, private clinics and aged care facilities. The experience gained professionally when working both in Europe and Australia has helped cultivate her passion for working as a Physiotherapist.
Zyta enjoys incorporating manual techniques with exercises to achieve long-standing results for her clients. She has a strong interest in chronic pain self-management, postural awareness retraining, and neck and lower back pain. Zyta believes in the importance of educating her clients, ensuring that each individual has a thorough understanding of their condition and has the tools to manage it.
Zyta has a strong interest in clinical Pilates and has completed APPI Matwork and Equipment Training. In her free time she enjoys travel, exercise and spending time outdoors.
