Deirdre is a post graduate qualified Physiotherapist with a Masters in Manual Therapy (University of Western Australia (UWA). This qualification involves advanced and up to date, evidence based research knowledge in treating back and neck pain, orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy ensuring best patient care. In addition Deirdre has completed a large number of post-graduate courses including Clinical Pilates training through Dance Medicine Australia (DMA) and the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), dry needling, the Mulligan concept and the Mc Kenzie exercise method used in treating spinal pain. Since moving to Australia from Ireland in 2010 she has worked in a variety of clinical settings including a current part-time position at the prestigious Brighton Spinal and Sports Medicine Clinic. Deidre specialises in back and neck pain and treatment of hip/pelvis conditions.
