Mr Nicholas Williams - Physiotherapist Geelong West

A former international and professional rugby union player, Nick came in to physiotherapy as a mature student. After graduating Nick spent 3 years as head physiotherapist for a professional rugby team before moving to continue his work in the National Health Service (NHS). Before moving to Australia with his wife at the start of 2014, Nick was a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist. This job involved advanced assessment and treatments including imaging and injection therapy. Nick is experienced in treating a variety of conditions including; chronic pain, sports injuries, spinal pain, shoulder problems and vestibular / balance conditions as well as rehabilitation of post operative patients. Nick has post graduate qualifications in Mulligan techniques, Orthopaedic Medicine, Acupuncture and Musculoskeletal Joint & Soft Tissue Injection Therapy. His approach to his work utilises all these skills and he enjoys developing a personalised rehabilitation program based around his patients needs.
