James joined the Kinematics team to advance and specialise his abilities as a musculoskeletal clinician. Having completed a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Therapy before graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, James gained vast experience working at a number of physiotherapy clinics around Melbourne.
James has developed an extensive background in functional strength and conditioning and has worked closely with athletes and coaches to ensure a complete approach is taken to exercise rehabilitation. Also trained in clinical pilates, James believes it to be an important complement to manual therapy that can reduce injury risk and improve posture.
