Cara’s passion to become a physiotherapist started from a young age in the town of Albury where her pursuits of various sports familiarised her with the physiotherapy profession. Cara went on to complete her Physiotherapy degree at Charles Sturt University in 2010, before moving to Melbourne to pursue her career.
Cara has experience in orthopaedic and rehabilitation physiotherapy through her employment at Epworth Healthcare and Bellbird Private Hospital. Cara also has three years of clinical experience working at Ivanhoe Sports and Physiotherapy Clinic where she treated a range of musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative patients.
Outside of work Cara enjoys running at a competitive level in middle distance events, primarily the 800m. She keeps active and likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible in various activities, such as beach swimming and cycling when the weather permits.
