My interest and passion for physiotherapy include Women's Health, Pilates and Spinal Injuries. I believe in empowering my clients with knowledge to be fully involved in their journey to better health. Whether it is to achieve a pain free body or to achieve personal health goals, I use a variety of techniques including mobilisation, dry needling, myofascial release and Pilates to gain positive results. I also have a Post Graduate Certificate in Women's Health to help Men and Women with pelvic floor issues.
