Simon Lumb is a Level 1 Australian Physiotherapy Association Sports Physiotherapist including working with the Old Xavarians Football Club (A Grade Amateurs). A 5 year experienced from the University of Melbourne he has extensive experience in private practice (Back Pain, Neck Pain and Sports Injuries) as well as Epworth and Austin Hospital post surgery rehabilitation. His further areas of particular expertise include dry needling, children’s orthopedic injuries, headaches, jaw disorders, cycling injuries, hip injuries and Osteopathic Muscle Energy Techniques.
Simon is passionate and dedicated to working to achieve long term outcomes. He is a trained clinical Pilates instructor which he incorporates into the Rehabilitation of both acute sporting injuries and chronic pains. Outside of work Simon plays high level Hockey and enjoys getting down the coast to surf.
