As a physiotherapist my role is to work with you to help you recover from an injury through movement to achieve your physical goals and get the most out of life.
I first studied a Bachelor Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University and then went on to complete my Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne.
Over the last decade I have developed an interest in giving my patients the confidence that they can return to their normal level of function and take control of their own recovery process.
I also like to assist in progressing beyond the recovery stage to prevent re-injury, further improve physical function and increase performance through personalised exercise programs and education on training and injury management.
I enjoy treating all musculoskeletal injuries from head to toe, but I have a particular interest in lower limb conditions, whether it be running related, foot/ankle pain or niggling knee issues, I will be happy to work with you to achieve your goals.
