I enjoy working in private practice where I’ve been for many years, treating any muscle, joint or sporting injuries: from headaches to sore hands, elbows, shoulders, necks, backs, hips, knees and feet. Since 2009, I've used Clinical Pilates reformers and trapeze tables to enhance treatments. Patients often continue with weekly one hour classes to rehabilitate their injury. They appreciate working with this equipment to manage their pain and recover their strength.
