Helen graduated from Latrobe University in 1990 and initially worked at St Vincent's and The Austin hospitals in their ICU, cardiac and orthopaedic in/outpatient departments. After working in England for two years in various orthopaedic units, Helen returned to Australia and established Albert Street Sports & Spinal Injury Centre in 1997. She has a special interest in all musculoskeletal injuries; particularly those associated with the hip, shoulder, knee, headache & migraine and adolescent growth & sporting injuries. Helen has also completed the full DMA Clinical Pilates Program and enjoys using this method of pilates to assist patients in their rehabilitation and often avoid unnecessary orthopaedic surgeries.
