I have a passion for helping my clients achieve the highest level of performance and recovery, in all types of sport and aspects of life. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds, from elite athletes to the elderly; with an interest in understanding the underlying causes of injury, prevention, as well as movement rehabilitation. I have experience working in private practice in Perth, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, from acute sporting injuries to chronic pain and disease management. I completed my studies at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle in 2013 and have since completed training in Dry Needling and DMA Clinical Pilates. I have also studied a variety of dance styles, completing Dance Teaching Diplomas in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Highland Dancing and became a qualified adjudicator on the world-wide panel of Scottish Highland Dance. I am motivated and enthusiastic about working with all kinds of people.
