I have over 15 years experience and an established skill base in Clinical Pilates and Yoga practices. I started my career in hospital, military and overseas aid physiotherapy, and have since focused my development in movement-based and mind-body approaches in private practice Physiotherapy. I enjoy working with a broad client base in these areas including rehabilitation, arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic pain, pre/post pregnancy, pelvic floor pain as well as sports people.
I studied lumbo-pelvic dysfunction and Clinical Pilates (BET) in the early 2000’s, then became interested in the principles and benefits of yoga during my 9 years in Hong Kong. I became a qualified yoga instructor there in 2008. Applying yoga knowledge and skills to my existing practice has been a thrill to witness the positive changes in both physical function and quality of life in my clients.
