Principal Physiotherapist
Tony graduated from Sydney University in 1990 and moved to Perth that same year to enjoy the benefits of the Perth lifestyle. Tony joined City Physiotherapy in 1991 and has worked in the city continually for over 25 years. His areas of interest include neck pain, back pain & sports injuries in particular those relating to endurance events.
Tony's initial interest in the field of endurance events began with his early work in the assessment of running biomechanics & fitness testing. He has pursued this interest in by gaining an advanced level 3 Athletics Australia coaching qualifications in middle & long distance running. Outside his work as a physiotherapist he is an Athletics WA TTP (Target Talent Program) coach for elite junior distance runners. He also coaches a squad of Perth distance runners which gives him an intimate understanding the requirements of running & distance training.
