After playing competitive tennis through her school years, Anessa realised she had a passion for fitness and injury rehab. A back injury sparked her pilates interest, leading her to complete multiple course and qualifications, from matwork to reformer. As a training musculoskeletal therapist, Anessa understands the benefits and importance Pilates can bring to strength, balance, endurance and mobility.
