We offer a quality Pilates studio, all Pilates apparatus including Reformers, Cadillac, Wundar Chair, High Barrel and small apparatus.
Pilates sessions are designed for each individual after an initial consultation. We want to provide you with the best possible service and out come covering rehabilitation from injury, postural issues, strengthening, lengthening and improving joint range of motion and correct muscle patterns.
Pilates mat work is on ZOOM LIVE Online providing variety and challenge in your training and access to recorded sessions.
