Elke is the owner/principal of Lansdowne Physio and has been practicing as a physiotherapist for more than 20 years.
Looking for a more holistic approach she has added to her Physio skills through studying the McKenzie technique (for spinal pain), Clinical Pilates and the 3 year Alexander Technique training in Sydney, qualifying in 2000. Her special interest is in helping people to rediscover their light-and-easy posture and movement in order to feel better or to reduce pain. Elke's treatment philosophy is all about helping people to understand and manage their own body.
