Our regular patients at The Joint Physiotherapy have likely already met our newest physiotherapist, Tamar. Formerly part of our reception team, Tamar has recently graduated with honours from Monash University and is already impressing patients with her latest evidence-based knowledge and hands on skills.
As a former state level gymnast of 10 years, Tamar has a special interest in sports injuries and helping patients return to sport. She is passionate about health and fitness, loves to hit the gym and represents North Caulfield Women’s in State League 2 soccer.
With an array of placements across Victoria and Tasmania, including a Sports Medicine Centre, Tamar has already established the foundations of a professional network. She brings the latest theory to The Joint Physiotherapy and adds a fresh female perspective to our team.
