Mary graduated from University of Melbourne and has been working in Melbourne since. As a certified DMA Clinical Pilates instructor and volleyball coach, Mary enjoys working with patients recovering from spinal problems and sports injuries. Working on patients’ goals, especially returning back to work and sports, is one of Mary’s main focus when treating her patients.
With her background, Mary has a keen interest in sports injuries, spinal conditions and women’s health. Her physiotherapy management includes manual therapy, dry needling and kinesio/ rigid taping. Mary also emphasises on pelvic floor, abdominal muscle training and breathing awareness, postural and ergonomic education.
